04.02.2010
Realizing the program directed on increase of clients’ loyalty, the international system UNIStream has essentially lowered the tariffs for the direction Russia-Armenia. Now the scale of charges goes from 1 % for ruble, dollar and euro transfers at realization of transfers’ equivalent to 7000 US dollars and above. Thus the unprecedented tariff plan completely remains the same when, sending money to Armenia in local currency, drams, clients do not pay any commission irrespective of the transfer sum. «Today we as never realize, that our success is, first of all, the convenience of our clients, their loyalty to the system. The given offer is not a market measure but gratitude gesture in relation to those people who during the hard time of crisis, remained among our clients and to the overwhelming majority who became our new clients, having understood our advantages and having believed in us», - the general director of the system Suren Airiyan has commented. He has underlined, that Armenia is not the only country, where the system reconsiders a scale of charges, constantly offering people new more interesting options. More recently similar projects have been realized in Moldova, in Kyrgyzstan, in Russia the scale of charges is constantly modified and perfected under the clients, new interesting tariffs are expected in Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and the Ukraine. «Our problem is to optimize work so, what people coming to us will not overpay any cent . And we have possibilities to realize this: constant optimization of the working process, extremely effectively working network of step-by-step access when a person can take advantage of our service practically in radius of 100-200 m from his place, and also the whole complex of measures improving our work with clients. Here enter as well the quality of service, the speed and full reliability», -has told Suren Airiyan. He has noticed, that in 2009, irrespective of the financial crisis, the number of people who have become the clients of UNIStream in Armenia, has grown in the republic to 711 thousand, and the volume of transfers has reached $550 million. Thus the UNIStream operates here in 18 cities and settlements and offers the possibility of transfer reception in any service-centre without instructions of concrete address or city, there are the so-called "address less transfers" in on-line mode.
